our facility

Strategically located, the facility is easily accessible by both bus and boat to Lindholmen. For those who choose to drive themselves, there are plenty of parking opportunities right outside.

The facility shows what a Crossfit box should really look like! We have efficiently packaged in everything you could wish for in a compact environment.

When the weather allows it, the gates are open and provide space for outdoor training.

Open gym is available during limited times, but you can of course use the entire space when there are no classes.

Erik has been fascinated by fitness and training since he was introduced to Crossfit at an early age. He has a professional background from the military, and is trained in crossfit and as a massage therapist.

Erik has an ambition to challenge both himself and others in fitness, which has resulted in him participating in many CrossFit competitions.
