erik kindbom

Erik Kindbom is a nutritionist graduated from Gothenburg University. From his education he has learned how to create healthy changes in people's diets. He has experience from working with different types of people, aiming to create nutritional habits that last and a good relationship to food. 

 

In addition to his Bachelor programme he has furthered his knowledge through Nutrition Coaching Institute for practical knowledge within sports nutrition. He has applied this by working individually with everyone from crossfit people to basketball players who wish to improve their performance.

Kim Simonsson

Kim Simonsson has an education in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Gothenburg University, and is working as a nutritionist and health coach through his own company. Kim has experience from working with crossfit athletes whom he has helped improve their nutritional habits and relationship to food. He is a crossfit athlete himself and has a big passion for training and health.
