Our facility is strategically located and easily accessible by both bicycle and car. For those who choose to take the car, there are plenty of parking opportunities right outside.

We have efficiently packaged everything you could wish for in a training environment. We have a big nice box and as if that was not enough, you also get access to a gym to train in and go to different classes. Everything from spinning, pump, Core different physio sessions and yoga. The gym is fully equipped and has a total area of 1700m2 with the box. All this is included when you buy a Functional Fitness card from us. 

Here there is a reception and shop where you can buy clothes, protein powder, Foodbox and drinks. There are also some common additions for your training such as grips and jumping ropes.  
 

The reception is staffed every afternoon in the week and also on the weekends. There are also two solariums and a lobby to sit down and eat in or just hang out before or after your workout. Changing rooms with lockers and showers. 

Open gym is available when there are classes, but you can of course use the whole facility when there are no classes in session. We also have open areas in the gym that can be used.

When the weather allows, the gate is open and provides a space for outdoor training.
