The facility is centrally located with both good transit communications and free parking.
In the entrance you are greeted by a wonderful atmosphere that boosts your energy. The hallway is packed with all the equipment you could possibly want to take your training to the next level, combined with the country's best fitness approach for optimized training.
The room is divided into two areas!
One class surface with a screen for today's programming. The other area is a dedicated Open-gym (of course you can use all areas when there are no classes in session).

Weather permitting, we can keep the large gate open for full-scale Crossfit outdoors.
Back inside the facility we have in addition to changing rooms, showers and a shop, also a kitchen.

Coach Manager / Box Owner
Emma Johansson
Emma started as a teacher for children's dance in her early teens and has since led everything from TRX to spinning. A couple of years ago, she tested crossfit, and has been stuck ever since.
The variation and opportunity to constantly improve and develop within crossfit, is what drives Emma. In addition to being a partner and head coach at SUPERB CROSSFIT Uddevalla, Emma works as a primary school teacher.
Box Manager / Box Owner
magnus tenskär
Magnus has played handball and competed in cross-country running. He looked toward crossfit to become a better runner. He is an outdoor training instructor.
He likes the competition part of crossfit, to keep going until the bell rings. Preferably in teams. Magnus always tries to create a good atmosphere in the box, and wants it to be fun to come here and work out.
