our facility

The facility is located about 50 meters from Krokslättstorg where both buses and trams pass. You can also park freely within our area.

 

In the entrance you are met by our living room and shop, where there is a less noisy area where you can work or socialize. In the hall you are met by a facility with an airy feeling and an open space packed with all the equipment you could want to take your training to the next level.

 

The facility is divided into three areas!

Two parallel classrooms, each with a screen for today's programming. The third area is a dedicated Open-gym (of course you can use all areas when there are no classes). The facility also has a set pf carefully selected classic "gym machines" as a complement to the daily training and Rehab / Prehab.

 

During 6 months of the year, we can happily keep the large gate open for full-scale Crossfit outdoors .

 

Back in the facility, in addition to changing rooms, we find a kitchen and opportunities to both buy and heat food. There is also coffee for the family (our members).
