Our popular introductory course!

The introductory courses are customized and can be adapted to everyone,
regardless of previous training experience.

During 5 occasions, we go through various exercises that are common in CrossFit. Exercises where we use our own body weight, barbells, kettlebells and much more.

The course is held in a small group and under the guidance of our coaches who will give you support and help in getting started with your training at Superb Crossfit.
